A BANIYAN order is a bundle on a table in a certified European workshop. The style, the size, and the colour arrive together. Nothing is cut before that, and nothing extra is cut beside it.
01On demand
The factory does not receive a forecast for a size that might sell in October. It receives the order. Each bundle on the table corresponds to a person who has already paid.
If a size or a colour can no longer be made, we do not force a substitute through. We say so, and we refund what was paid.
02Cut, sew, dye
The cloth is an uncut bolt until the chalk line. Then it is sewn. Colour, when the piece is garment dyed, goes on after the seam, so the stitch and the cotton take the bath together.
There is no print step and no logo to place. The work is the knit, the seam, and the dye lot. A fuller note on the bath is on sustainability.
03The check
Before a parcel is closed, the piece is looked at: seam, hem, dye, the letter of the size. Production and that check take two to three weeks. Dispatch starts after, not instead of, the check.
A fault that gets through — a missed dye, a twisted hem, a piece that is not the one on the page — is repaired, replaced, or refunded. Photographs and the order number are enough to start.
04Where
The facilities are in the EU and are certified. We do not spread the same order across anonymous rooms to chase a cheaper minute. The workshop that cuts it is the workshop that is responsible for it.
From there the carrier takes the parcel. Most orders arrive within three to seven business days after they leave. That road, and the rules for a return, are on shipping and returns.
