Shipped across Europe, without the customs surprise
We ship to every EU country and the United Kingdom. Inside the EU, the price on the page is the price that arrives.
Where an order can go
The shipping location you confirm on arrival is the country we can send to, and the currency the price is shown in. Prague, Amsterdam, London: the list is the EU and the UK.
If a country is not on that list, we do not take the order and invent a route later. The confirmation at the start is the route.
After the workshop
Making takes two to three weeks. Then the parcel moves. Most orders arrive within three to seven business days after they leave. That second window belongs to the carrier.
The two times are easy to fold into one disappointment. They are not the same wait. One is the cutting. One is the road.
Duties
Inside the EU there are no customs duties on a BANIYAN order. The amount at checkout is the amount. We do not add a line afterwards and call it a handling fee.
The UK is on the shipping list. Any duty that sits outside the EU is outside this promise, and we would rather say that plainly than discover it on a doorstep.
Free delivery
Delivery is free on orders over €80. Under that, the cost of the carrier is shown before you pay, in the same currency as the clothes.
Free does not mean a slower service dressed up as a gift. It means the threshold where we carry the carrier’s fee.
If the parcel is late
If tracking says delivered and nothing is in your hands, write with the order number. We take it up with the carrier. A guess from our side is not a substitute for the scan.
A fault in the garment is a different letter from a fault in the route. Photographs and the order number are enough to start either one.
